-Handling enquiries through calls, chat bots and emails. -Meeting monthly sale targets. -Generating leads through CRM Management -Working closely with the products and sales team to manage leads that are generated through the CRM Management. -Linking leads to emails on Microsoft Outlook. -Reaching out to suppliers (resorts, cruises, transfer companies and tour agencies) for contracts and rates. -Setting up holiday packages for clients that include flights, accommodation, and transfers. -Handling price match packages sent in by clients. -Following procedures and policies set by Hideaway Holidays. -Handling tasks assigned by supervisors and helping new members to be up to date with the systems.
