Job Description

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide IT Support with computer hardware and software to staff
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions
  • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

  • Previous working experience in a IT support role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
