Packleader BPO is on the lookout for an energetic and visionary leader with a drive for achieving success! We are in search of a skilled professional to take on a pivotal role as an Operations Manager within our team! As a key figure in our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping operational strategies, motivating teams, and cultivating an environment of innovation.

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze call centre performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide dynamic leadership, setting a clear vision and strategy for operational success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Address challenges and obstacles promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent operational issues and ensure a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear directives and fostering an open line of communication.
  • Liaise with upper management to convey progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
  • Encourage and support innovative ideas that contribute to the overall improvement of operations.
  • Identify and implement technology or process enhancements to stay competitive.

Experiences and Skills Required: 

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of call centre operations and sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated work experience in progressively responsible operational roles, showcasing increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a results-oriented culture.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
