Job Description

Who we are Looking for?

·        Knowledge/Working experience in the health care/medical industry is a big plus

·        3+ years’ experience working in a Call Centre/Data Entry role particularly in an outbound call centre preferred but not necessary

·        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

·        Confident phone manner

·        Fast & accurate data entry skills

·        High levels of organization and high attention to detail

·        Objection/question handling skills

Role & Responsibilities

·        Assessing and verification of medical practice information

·        Outbound calls for verification

·        Capture (data entry) call outcomes onto back end of website
