Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This internship offers valuable insight into the field of HR and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Assist with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, disciplinary letter and HR policies.
  • Support HR team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and interviewers.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous HR or office administration experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
